Designation /Position : Field Educator

Job Description :

• Conduct surveys of out-of-school children in the communities and enroll them in the program by preparing their profiles and entering online portal.
• Conduct teaching learning activities at the Non-Residential Special Training Centres (NRST) in the community following effective methods to ensure regular attendance and participation of children in the programme.
• Regularly assess children’s learning levels, track progress, and ensure measurable educational outcomes.
• Facilitate life skills education activities with children and measure effectiveness and learnings; measure the effectiveness and learning outcomes of these activities.
• Visits schools in the neighbourhood and build, strengthen relationships; collaborate with school and community members to support children's education. · Mobilise local resources such as spaces, community leaderships, local government and elected representatives for support to children and the programme.
• Enrol all children in formal school after the session is completed. · Organize parent’s meetings, community meetings regularly and build partnerships.
• Prepare accurate, detailed reports and submit them to the supervisor in a timely manner.
• Uphold the organization’s Child Safeguarding Policy, prioritizing the safety and well-being of all program participants.

• Rapport building with children and motivate them to join and participate in studies by showing genuine care and understanding of the children's circumstances.

• Motivational skills to encourage and inspiring children to engage and learn, attend regularly.
• Knowledge and skills to apply effective tolls to assess progress of children’s learning outcomes. · Report writing and data management.
