We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team and manage the financial operations of our diverse programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Management: Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, and fund disbursement, ensuring compliance with organizational and statutory guidelines.
2. Budgeting and Reporting: Prepare financial budgets, forecasts, and variance reports. Ensure timely submission of financial reports to funders, auditors, and other stakeholders.
3. Compliance: Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and donor compliance requirements, including tax filings and audits.
4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized financial records, including expense reports, receipts, and invoices.
5. Internal Controls: Establish and monitor robust internal control systems to safeguard organizational funds and assets.
6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with program teams to ensure financial needs are met and aligned with project goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting. 

• Experience: Any experience in financial management, preferably in the non-profit or development sector.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office applications.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of statutory compliance and financial regulations.
• Other Requirements:
  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
