Fundraiser Executive

Duties & Responsibilities:-

 Approach potential donors in public areas, such as shopping centers, corporate offices, and events

 Build rapport and engage with individuals to raise awareness about our organization's mission

 Secure donations and sign up new supporters

 Meet and exceed fundraising targets

 Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals

 Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally

 Report daily activities, including donations and interactions

 

Requirements:

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Ability to work independently and in a team environment

 Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

 Comfortable approaching strangers and building relationships

 Passion for fundraising and making a difference

 Ability to meet and exceed targets

 Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling

 High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asse
