Role Overview
The HR Administrator will support the day-to-day human resource operations of the Center of Policy Research and Governance (CPRG), ensuring efficient administration of recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR processes. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and candidates, maintaining HR documentation, and contributing to a positive and well-organized work environment. The HR Administrator will play a key role in supporting the organization's growing workforce and ensuring smooth people operations across research, consulting, and institutional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including drafting job descriptions,
- sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, attendance, leave, and other
- personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Prepare and manage HR-related documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, contracts, experience certificates, and other employment records.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including induction, performance review
- coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational HR policies, labor laws, and internal
- procedures while assisting in the development and implementation of HR best practices.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR function by coordinating
- with internal teams, responding to employee queries, and contributing to the smooth functioning of day-to-day people operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or a
- related discipline. A postgraduate qualification in HR or Management will be an added advantage.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in human resources, recruitment, or office
- administration. Fresh graduates with strong internships may also apply.
- Good understanding of HR processes, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with
- HRMS or applicant tracking systems will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach, with the ability to work
- effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Working knowledge of Canva is preferred
