Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Administration Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources and administrative functions.
The ideal candidate will foster a positive, inclusive work environment while ensuring full compliance with relevant laws, policies, and best practices. The role also encompasses overall office management, including infrastructure maintenance and administrative systems oversight.
We’re looking for an effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Integrity, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality are essential.
Job Responsibilities
HR domain:
- Lead HR strategy, policy development, and implementation aligned with organizational goals.
- Support leadership and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage recruitment, appointment letters, contracts, and retention processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records (attendance, leave, etc.) and oversee employee benefits.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development efforts.
- Employee engagement and conflict resolution to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure workplace safety and all legal and regulatory compliances.
Administration Domain:
- Manage the day-to-day administrative related matters of the organisation systematically and ensure smooth functioning
- Oversee overall office management, vendor management, procurement
- Adept at handling infrastructure maintenance at all centres
- Maintain stock registers, assets, equipment upkeep, and service/AMC contracts.
- Ensure proper facility management and support travel and admin logistics.
- Maintain in-kind donor/contact databases.
Any other support any additional duties related to HR/Admin as needed.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Basic knowledge of labour laws, regulations and HR best practices.
- Speaks English and Hindi
