Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, dynamic, and self-driven candidate who would like to have a challenging and meaningful career path in Human Resources (HR) and the social sector. Learning and Development is a key focus area of our organisation and requires a proactive and dynamic approach. The candidate must be dedicated and sincere towards her/his work and should always be open to learning new things. The candidate must have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will manage all aspects of the learning and development department’s responsibilities, primarily design, development, and delivery of training content and materials. You will also be responsible for designing and analysing needs assessments and course evaluations, and responsible for the setup and maintenance of the VisionSpring’s Learning Management System (LMS). To succeed in this role, you must have an impressive, approachable, and committed personality along with a passion for your job.  S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

Job Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing new training courses for all levels of the organisation, as well as reviewing and/or updating current courses.
  • Developing and preparing training materials that include leader’s guide, participant workbooks, and visual aids such as PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assisting in identifying training needs / issues and providing innovative training solutions for the organisation.
  • Measuring transfer of learning and training impact by creating and implementing multi-level evaluations.
  • Facilitating HR related classroom courses to a diverse population.
  • Completing special projects on various issues as needed.
  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in learning and development is required.
  • Experience in managing diverse projects within a matrixed environment, and experience or knowledge of Learning Management Systems are required.
  • Experience designing and facilitating virtual learning is required, and experience within a professional services environment is desired.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management, Organisational Behavior, Instructional Design, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time, within PAN India.
  • Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Fluent English speaker. Outstanding writing and grammar skills in the English language.
