Languages

• English, Level: Fluent, Required Hindi, Level: Working knowledge, Required

Required education level

• Bachelor’s degree in mass communication, Multimedia, Film Production, Visual Arts, Journalism, or any related field. Master's degree in the relevant domains will be preferred.

Skills and experience

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in video production, multimedia, or communications 
  • Demonstrated experience in video editing, motion graphics and multimedia storytelling 
  • Experience working on social media content creation, especially short-form video (Reels, Shorts, etc.) 
  • Experience in the development sector, UN agencies, or non-profit organizations will be an asset Technical Skills  
  • Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva 
  • Experience in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Strong skills in videography, photography, and multimedia storytelling 
  • Understanding of social media trends, formats, and platform requirements 
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered creative tools to enhance multimedia production
