Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Management:

• Develop and sustain partnerships with key stakeholders, including government bodies,  research institutions, corporate partners, donor agencies, and community organizations.
• Facilitate collaboration with agricultural experts, policymakers, and local communities to  implement climate-resilient agriculture practices.
• Organize and lead meetings, workshops, and networking events to foster effective  partnerships and knowledge sharing.

Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E):

• Design and implement robust M&E frameworks to assess the effectiveness of climate resilient agriculture initiatives.
• Conduct field visits to monitor project activities, collect data, and assess program  outcomes.
• Analyze M&E data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for program  improvement and scalability.

Reporting:

• Prepare detailed and timely progress reports for donors, stakeholders, and internal  teams, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
• Develop case studies and success stories to showcase the impact of climate-resilient  agriculture projects.
• Ensure compliance with donor reporting requirements and organizational standards for  quality and accuracy.

Proposal Writing:

• Identify and research funding opportunities relevant to climate-resilient agriculture from  government, corporate, and philanthropic sources.
• Write persuasive and well-structured proposals and concept notes to secure funding for  new and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with program staff and experts to gather necessary information and ensure  proposals align with organizational goals and donor priorities.

Qualifications, Skills, & Experience

• Master’s degree in Development Studies, Agriculture Science, Environment Studies.,  Social Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in partnership management, M&E, reporting, and proposal writing within the NGO sector.
• Strong understanding of the Indian NGO landscape and donor priorities.
• Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to produce high-quality reports  and proposals.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

Reporting

● This position reports to the GM in Kolkata, overseeing a team of 3-4 members. Compensation

Annual CTC: Up to 5 lakh ( Fixed ) + Annual Variable Pay + Commitment Bonus(Compensation  package will be in line with qualification, experience, and last salary drawn).
