Job Description/Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager for a CSR/corporate philanthropy consulting engagement with the Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) team (Secondment). In this role, you will work closely with the AWS team to drive the seamless execution of community projects, ensuring efficient & effective governance, streamlined partner onboarding, robust data management, and strict compliance with CSR & other regulations. Technical Skills & Core Expertise
- Program & Project Management – Skilled in planning and managing multi-stakeholder projects with clear timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Proficient in Logical Framework Analysis (“LFA”) and project management methodologies. Experience in onboarding and managing third-party (3P) and nonprofit (“NPO”) partners and agencies within compliance frameworks, tracking milestones, fund disbursement, and utilization.
- Financial & Compliance Oversight – Expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and grant management for social impact programs. Strong knowledge of CSR 2% compliance in India, including CSR-2 filings, fund utilization tracking, and audit readiness.
- Data Management & Reporting – Proficient in Excel and data pipeline management for real-time program dashboards and automated reporting. Strong skills in data cleaning, validation, and structured reporting.
- Stakeholder Management & Coordination – Strong relationship management and communication skills to engage with partners, vendors, and stakeholders. Ability to conduct governance meetings, ensure project alignment, and mitigate risks.
- Risk & Process Optimization – Proactive in identifying risks in fund utilization and program implementation. Skilled in designing risk mitigation strategies, streamlining workflows, and automating processes for operational efficiency.
- Field Monitoring & Impact Assessment – Experience in field visits to assess program implementation, gather insights and provide strategic recommendations. Proficiency in impact assessment methodologies to measure effectiveness and compliance.
- Event Management & Governance – Skilled in planning and executing community events, managing logistics, compliance, and stakeholder coordination. Experienced in documenting post-event reports and impact summaries.
- Documentation & Contract Management – Proficient in drafting and reviewing contracts, MoUs, and governance frameworks. Strong attention to detail in ensuring compliance and accuracy in legal documentation.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in product management, program management, or related roles in social impact, governance or development sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (B. Tech), Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Public Policy, Development Studies or related fields. A master's degree in public policy, Social Work, Business Administration, Governance, or Development Studies is preferred.
- Preferred Background: Alumni of leadership or development-focused fellowships such as -Teach for India Fellowship, Gandhi Fellowship, SBI Youth for India Fellowship, Chief Minister’s Good Governance Fellowship (CMGGA), LAMP Fellowship (Legislative Assistants to Members of Parliament),India Fellow, Azim Premji Foundation Fellowship, Transform Rural India Fellowship, Anubhav Fellowship, etc.
