Job Position: Placement Coordinator

Location: Hubli, Karnataka

CTC: 4.8 – 5 LPA

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Placement Coordinator to manage placement activities for the Solar Panel Technician skilling program in Hubli. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building employer partnerships, facilitating job placements, coordinating recruitment drives, and ensuring successful employment outcomes for trained candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers in the solar, renewable energy, electrical, EPC, manufacturing, and allied sectors.
• Identify employment opportunities for Solar Panel Technician candidates.
• Coordinate placement drives, recruitment events, interviews, and job fairs.
• Prepare candidates for interviews through resume-building, interview guidance, and workplace readiness sessions.
• Work closely with the training team to ensure candidates meet employer requirements.
• Track candidate placements and maintain placement-related MIS and documentation.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with employers and placed candidates to monitor retention and gather feedback.
• Ensure timely achievement of placement targets as per project requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly placement reports for internal and client reporting.
• Build long-term employer partnerships to generate recurring placement opportunities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Placement Coordination, Recruitment, HR, Employer Engagement, or Skill Development.
• Experience in CSR-funded skilling projects will be preferred.
• Prior exposure to technical or vocational training programs will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Employer relationship management and networking abilities.
• Good understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Excel.
• Ability to travel locally for employer visits and placement activities.
