Placement Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Placement Coordinator to support our growing team of phlebotomist trainees. As a Placement Coordinator, you will play a key role in matching our trained phlebotomists with suitable employment opportunities in healthcare settings, ensuring they have the right training and support to thrive in their roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and partner with healthcare facilities, labs, and clinics to secure placement opportunities for our phlebotomist trainees.
• Work closely with trainees to understand their career goals and match them with appropriate employers.
• Track and manage placement progress, ensuring timely placement of all trainees.
• Provide ongoing support to both employers and trainees to ensure successful job placements and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the training team to ensure trainees are job-ready and meet industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in recruitment, placement coordination, or similar roles, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations.
• Passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
• Experience with phlebotomy or related healthcare fields is a plus.
