About the Organization

Established in 2007, the National Health Systems Resource Centre, a premier Think Tank for MoHFW, is mandated to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health.

Job Description/Responsibilities

• The primary tasks of the project are related to site/ building inspection for structural suitability, technical inputs for site approval, development of building plan, designing the building.
• Prepare drawings on AutoCAD/ 3D /Google Sketch up etc.
• Developing of detailed drawings, Layout plans, elevation and sections.
• Layout planning and prepare drawings
• Detailing of building design.
• Supporting with technical expertise for assessing and monitoring the activities pertainingto planning, architecture and civil work at these branches.
• Work in co-ordination with Central Design Bureau (CDB) and state CPWD/other agencies nominated by state Govt for planning, designing and monitoring of theseNCDC branches.
• Examine the architectural drawings or building plan submitted by state CPWD/ other agencies
• Liaisoning with State local authorities
• Any other work as assigned by the concerned Senior officer/Nodal Officer/Director

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Graduate (B. Arch./ Bachelor in Healthcare Architectural/ Building engineering and Management/ Building services/ construction management/ Planning etc.) with minimum experience of 10 years in relevant field preferably in health sector project.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD Architectural designing and detailing /Google Sketch up/Working Drawings etc.
• Desirable: Post graduation (M. Arch)/ M. Arch. in Healthcare Architectural/ Building engineering and Management/ Building services/ construction management/ Planning etc. with minimum of 05 years experience in relevant field preferably in health sector project.

Salary

Rs. 80,000/- per month consolidated
