Job Description/Responsibilities
The Program Associate will provide day-to-day support to ensure effective program management for the Uttar Pradesh State Rural Livelihood Mission (UPSRLM) embedded team. The role involves coordination, communication, data analysis, and documentation to support the smooth implementation of the THR initiative.
Job Responsibilities
Program Management Support
- Provide day-to-day assistance in managing program activities and operations for the UPSRLM embedded team.
- Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and deliverables related to the program.
Drafting and File Movement
- Prepare letters, note sheets, and other official documents as per requirements.
- Support the smooth movement and tracking of files and approvals within the UPSRLM office.
Coordination and Communication
- Coordinate daily with UPSRLM officials to ensure alignment and timely action on programmatic needs.
- Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, including field teams and partners.
Data Analysis and Documentation
- Analyze program data and generate insightful reports to inform decision-making.
- Document program progress, achievements, and challenges for internal and external reporting.
· Scheduling and Event Support
- Organize and schedule meetings, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Provide logistical and administrative support for events to ensure their success.
Donor Reporting
- Assist in preparing high-quality reports for donors, including compiling relevant data and narratives.
- Ensure donor requirements and deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform any other responsibility as per requirements
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Master’s degree in business administration, Rural Development, Development Studies, Economics, forest management or relevant
- Experience required: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in program management, coordination, or administrative support roles. Experience with government or donor-funded programs is an advantage.
Skill and Competencies:
- Understanding of government systems and processes is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and documentation capabilities.
