About the Organization

Job Description

• Understand and imbibe the culture and goals of the eclectic youth empowerment team.
• Actively promote the OYE programs by contacting and liaising with heads of schools, colleges, and other institutions.
• Travel and execute multiple workshops, initiatives, events, sessions, projects, etc. in the areas of leadership and youth empowerment.
• Network and build long term, strong partnerships with program managers/coordinators in the various institutions for the OYE programs.
• Motivate, inspire, and work in team spirit with coordinators to accomplish OYE goals.
• Encourage and assist team building of volunteers.
• Monitor and submit reports of the various activities & its implementation.
• Follow the processes and schedules of the office.
