Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to lead and manage development projects in Jhunjhunu. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about community development and skilled in project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Implementation: Plan, execute, and oversee development initiatives in alignment with project objectives and timelines.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with local authorities, community leaders, and stakeholders.
3. Community Mobilization: Organize and facilitate community meetings, training sessions, and capacity-building programs.
4. Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, ensure adherence to deliverables, and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders and funders.
5. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of project activities, including case studies and impact assessments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or related fields such as Rural Development or Development Studies.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in coordinating development sector projects, preferably in rural or community settings.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and documentation skills in English.
  • Proficiency in project implementation, and reporting.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to work in rural areas and travel to project locations.
