Location: Rajasthan (District-Level, Extensive Travel Required)

 Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month

Shikshit Rojgar Kendra Prabandhak Samiti (SRKPS) is a leading non-governmental organization committed to addressing social challenges and promoting sustainable development across Rajasthan. With a strong focus on public health initiatives, SRKPS has been at the forefront of advancing tobacco control measures to safeguard communities from the harmful effects of tobacco use.

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dedicated team and play a pivotal role in the implementation of our Tobacco Control Project.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Implementation: Lead the district-level execution of tobacco control initiatives in alignment with project goals and timelines.
2. Stakeholder Coordination: Foster and strengthen collaborative linkages with district officials, educational institutions, and community stakeholders to enhance program outreach and effectiveness.
3. Event Management: Organize and facilitate workshops, training programs, awareness campaigns, and other activities as outlined in the project plan.
4. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare high-quality reports, maintain comprehensive records, and ensure timely submission of documentation to stakeholders and funders.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Work, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in public health or tobacco control programs will be prioritized.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders effectively.
  • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and basic computer applications.
• Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across districts in Rajasthan.
