Role Overview
The Project Execution and Knowledge Lead will be responsible for managing and executing key social development initiatives, ensuring effective documentation, and leveraging technology and AI tools for efficient workflow management. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical, communication, and technical skills who can work independently while collaborating with senior leadership and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management:
- Take ownership of multiple social impact initiatives, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.
- Ensure effective knowledge transfer and process continuity within the organization.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Develop comprehensive reports, including impact assessments, grant documentation, and field reports.
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
Field Engagement & Stakeholder Management:
- Conduct on-ground visits to project sites to assess progress and gather insights.
- Engage with communities, partners, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
- Support partnership development and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Technology & AI Integration:
- Utilize AI and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to optimize workflow and documentation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and implement innovative solutions for project execution.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Qualification:
- Social Graduates from leading social sector-focused institutions (TISS, IRMA, Azim Premji University, Ashoka, etc.).
Experience:
- Prior 6+ experience in the social sector is preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in AI tools and automation for process optimization.
- Highly tech-savvy with expertise in digital tools and documentation.

∙ Extensive travel within Pan India is required.
Compensation
- Annual CTC: Up to 7.2 Lakh (Fixed) + Variable Pay + Commitment Bonus.
Compensation will be aligned with qualifications, experience, and prior salary.
