Location	Patna - Bihar

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Quality Auditing Monitoring, ensuring adherence to SOP and Client SLA.
• Providing Floor support on FAQs to fellow quality analysts
• Providing constant feedback and guidance to associates
• Providing Assistance on Internal Training & Coaching.
• Use to handle the client call on weekly and Monthly basis with the presentation of the quality.
• Analysing the agents Calls and providing valuable feedback to calls centre & clients.
• Auditing calls recorded to check for the accuracy.
• Providing accurate feedback-ensuring that all quality guidelines are met.
• Call calibrations.
• Publishing weekly & monthly Reports.

Desirable Qualification & Experience

• Graduate with Minimum 2 Years of Experience in core Quality Management.
• Experience in a reputed international or a large non-governmental organization would be preferable.

Essential Skills:

• Good Communication Skills (written and verbal)
• Team Management Skills
• Good Knowledge of Call Center Management
• Good Analytical skills
