Job Description

As a Resource Mobilization Executive, help raise awareness about social and environmental issues, inspiring others to make a meaningful impact in the lives of persons with disabilities. Engage with people in public spaces, offices, malls, corporate venues, residential areas, and airports, effectively sharing CBM India’s campaigns with them. The role involves encouraging community support and inspiring contributions to advance CBM India’s mission.

Job Responsibilities

• Approach members of the public in public spaces, such as Malls, Streets & Corporate events & Present about CBM India.
• Engage people in conversations about our cause, listening to their interests and concerns,
• Present our organization’s mission and programs, highlighting the impact of donations,
• Secure commitments for Regular Giving and Onetime donations,
• Meet and exceed monthly fundraising targets,
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, donations, and interactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and achieve team goals.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Qualification: Grade 12th & Above
• Experience: 0 to 2 years as Fundraiser or in Similar Position.

Skills Required:

• Experience in Face-to- Face Fundraising, -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for our cause and ability to articulate our mission and values,
• Confident and friendly demeanor,
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team,
• Strong organizational and time management skills,
• Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and evenings,
• Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and provide deliverables.
