Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Plan, optimize, and implement paid search campaigns 
• Understand bidding strategies for various campaigns and ad platforms 
• Optimize copy and landing pages for SEM/SEO campaigns 
• Perform extensive keyword research and maintain negative keyword lists 
• Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success 
• Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement recommendations for improvement 
• Conduct market research, trend and competitive analysis 
• Analyze data using statistical techniques to determine actionable insights 
• Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools 
• Any other task assigned by Reporting Manager 

Desired Skill Sets: 

● Strong Excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables 

● Analytical skills with experience in generating SEM/SEO reports 

● Working knowledge of SEO practices 

● Experience in B2B or lead generation campaigns is a plus 

● Familiarity with Analytics/SEO tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Moz, SEMrush 

● Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus 

● BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative field is a plus 

● Bonus: Experience or interest in copy writing. 

● Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience as SEO/SEM specialist. 

Qualification: Any graduate (Agency experience preferred). AdWords Certification / Digital Marketing Certification.
