About the Role
Lead planning, coordination and execution of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) initiatives, working with government stakeholders and internal teams to strengthen programme implementation across Bihar.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead PPP implementation and monitoring.
- Coordinate with government agencies and partners.
- Conduct field visits and supportive supervision.
- Provide technical assistance and capacity building.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports.
- Supervise Program Leaders and field staff.
- Support strategy and proposal development.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's in Public Health, Operations, Business Administration, Social Work or related field.
Experience
4–5 years in public health systems, PPP implementation and procurement with team leadership experience.
