Project Summary-
The Senior Program Leader/Program Leader (Graphics) will directly report to the Senior Program Leader/Senior Program Manager (SPM) of the Communications team (FG 7 of Big Bet Aspirational Bharat Collaborative) in New Delhi. This role involves leading the design and development of Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) materials, focusing on the Foundation's thematic areas of Health, Education, Gender, and Water. The role is ideal for individuals with a strong passion for visual storytelling, social media content creation, and impactful communication.

Key Responsibilities-

Design brochures, posters, infographics, social media graphics, and videos |
Develop and maintain visual consistency |
Ensure all communication materials follow brand guidelines |
Manage digital asset repository |
Organize and maintain a library of design tools, templates, and assets |
Archive media assets |
Collect, organize, and store photographs and videos from various sources |
Collaborate on content creation |
Work with internal teams to produce content that communicates program goals |
Support special events and campaigns |
Provide design assistance |
Other assigned tasks |
Undertake any additional tasks assigned to the team. |
Qualifications
- Master/PGD/Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in creative design, preferably within a media, communications, or non-profit environment freshers with exceptional zeal and skills are encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects a must
- Strong typography skills (English and Hindi; additional regional languages are a plus)
- Experience with social media content creation, digital marketing, and basic video editing
- A keen eye for aesthetics, design, and attention to detail
