Position Overview:

The Engagement Coordinator will play a key role in enhancing student development and ensuring the efficient management of school facilities. This position involves coordinating sports, cultural activities, and health initiatives while supporting infrastructure maintenance to foster a holistic learning environment.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee sports, fitness, and extracurricular programmes tailored to students’ interests and needs, including cultural activities such as music, dance, and public speaking.
• Promote healthy living through initiatives like the nutri-garden programme and organise community health awareness sessions, with a special focus on menstrual hygiene and female reproductive health.
• Supervise school facility maintenance, including regular inspections, project oversight (e.g., sports ground and kitchen renovations), and the upkeep of essential amenities like water filters and sanitary dispensers.
• Lead the School Management Committee to ensure the effective delivery of its objectives.
• Act as a key advocate for students’ overall growth and well-being within the school community.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2 years’ experience in programme management. (Preferred)
• Strong project management, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• Passionate about student development and wellness.
• Self-motivated, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
