Position:  Program Leader, Band 1A – Project Saathiya

Location: Baggar, Jhunjhunu

Date of Joining: 1 April 2025

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about enhancing women's skills on a large scale. The Program Leader will be responsible for consolidating learnings and providing insights to support and drive the change process. This role involves building the capabilities of Karuna Fellows while ensuring that stakeholder service level agreements are met. The Program Leader will report to the Senior Program Leader.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Ensuring smooth functioning of Project Saathiya.
• Setting sub team targets and resource allocation to meet SLA
• Development and growth of Karuna Fellows as per Fellowship Curriculum
• Daily debriefs with Karuna Fellows to understand progress both of operations and fellowship curriculum.
• Fellow coaching and facilitation
• Guiding the performance of Karuna Fellows to ensure efficiency in operations including meeting of individual & group targets
• Communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Making sure the stakeholder expectations are met and devising an action plan for delays
• Documentation, Report Analysis & Review
• Support in Quality control
• Any other tasks assigned by reporting manager

Experience:

Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in Women Skilling Programs or Call Centre Operations/BPO/Finance as a Team Lead is required. Good written and oral communication skills in Hindi and English are essential
