Job Description
The Site Facilitator (SF) is responsible for building strong relationships with government and community stakeholders, mobilizing community support, and implementing the MRC for migrant workers engaged at industry worksites and related communities. facilitating access to social security and entitlements for migrant workers. The SF will work closely with district authorities, community volunteers, migrant workers and construction industry partners of Jan Sahas Foundation to ensure the effective implementation and coordination of various support programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Stakeholder Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain relationships with the construction site management and their contractors, the Labour Department, District Collector, Panchayat members, block-level authorities, and other local community-based organizations/groups.

Training and Workshop Coordination:
• Conduct training sessions and capacity-building workshops for community volunteers, migrant workers, and partner organizations on relevant topics such as rights awareness and accessing social services.
• Collect feedback from workers and stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery and program outcomes.
Community Mobilization and Awareness:
• Mobilize community through consultation, camps, meetings and awareness sessions at construction sites, labour camp, and communities.
• Spread awareness about MRC and its various programs.

Program Implementation
• Assist migrant workers in accessing social security schemes, entitlements, and government programs.
• Provide guidance and support for the registration and enrollment of industry workers in relevant welfare schemes.
• Work closely with district authorities, community volunteers, and construction industry partners of Jan Sahas Foundation to implement support programs effectively.
• Coordinate logistics, resources, and activities to ensure smooth implementation of initiatives aimed at improving migrant workers' welfare.

Support and Follow-up:
• Serve as a point of contact for migrant workers on matter related to information, application and benefit delivery under social security schemes.

Reporting and Communication:
• Share challenges and issues regularly with the Reporting Manager.

Qualifications:
• Graduate preferably in Social Sector, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 year experience in community outreach, mobilization, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the social security schemes and entitlements for migrant workers.

Salary:25k/month+Travel Allowance as per actual
