Job Description
The Government Manager- CSR , Ultrasound will lead the development, execution, monitoring, and reporting of the organization’s healthcare-focused CSR initiatives across India. The role involves designing impactful health programs, managing partnerships with NGOs and healthcare institutions, ensuring legal compliance, and driving sustainable health outcomes in underserved communities.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement healthcare-focused CSR strategy aligned with the company’s CSR policy and national health priorities.
- Identify and design CSR programs in areas such as preventive health, maternal and child health, non-communicable diseases (NCDs), vaccination, community health, telemedicine, and medical infrastructure support.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify healthcare gaps at community and state levels.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of healthcare CSR programs across India.
- Coordinate with hospitals, NGOs, government health departments, and medical service providers.
- Oversee on-ground execution, including medical camps, health screenings, equipment donations, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard credible NGO partners, healthcare institutions, and public health organizations.
- Manage relationships with government health departments, hospitals, ASHA workers, and community health stakeholders.
- Negotiate MOUs, monitor partner performance, and ensure program quality and beneficiary impact.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; MBA is an added advantage.
- Minimum 7 years of CSR experience, preferably in healthcare, public health programs, NGO partnerships, or community healthcare projects.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, public health systems, and CSR laws.
- Proven project management, budgeting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently for field visits across India.
