About the Organization

India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO), headquartered at Pragati Maidan, is the nodal agency of the Government of India under aegis of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry for promoting country's external trade. ITPO is a Mini-Ratna Category-1 Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE)with 100 percent shareholding of Government of India.

Job Description 

• Conduct thorough assessments of current hospitality operations and identify areas for improvement in service, client experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyse the current trends in the hospitality sector and identify best practices to be implemented in the organization.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationship with the clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Gather and analyse feedback from client to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends in the hospitality industry.
• Assisting day-to-day activities of concerned division, maintenance of records.
• Any other task assigned by concerned Division/Competent Authority

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

Essential:

• Two years MBA/PGDM/PGP in Hospitality/ Tourism/ Travel/Event Management with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade from a Govt. recognised Institute/ University.
• Minimum 02 (two) years post qualification work experience related to hospitality/event management OR minimum 01(one) year post qualification work experience related to hospitality/event management in Govt. /State Govt./CPSE/ Autonomous Body.

Desirable:

• Diploma or Certificate of foreign language course from a recognised Institute/University, other than English, for a minimum period of six months.
