PRODUCT DONATIONSAsana
Asana is offering free licenses to qualifying nonprofit organizations whose work is directly focused on stopping the spread of COVID-19 or providing aid.
Box
Box is offering free Box Business Plus through the end of the year for nonprofits working on COVID-19 mitigation or response. Additionally, Box will provide unlimited licenses for current Box customers (over $5K) through April 10th. And Box will continue to offer donated access for eligible nonprofits (10 seats, 100GB). Comcast NBCUniversal
Comcast NBCUniversal has offered 60 days free to new Internet Essentials customers and increased speeds to 25/3 Mbps, opened small business and public Xfinity WiFi hotspots for all, announced no late fee penalties or non-pay disconnects for 60 days, lifted 1TB data plans for all for 60 days.
DocuSign
DocuSign is offering 3 months free of its eSignature solution available through April 30 for all new customers, globally. DocuSign also offers the following web products for nonprofits. Larger nonprofit organizations doing work related to COVID-19 relief should contact nonprofits@docusign.com for current offers.
Hangouts Meet Premium features are launched to all G Suite editions, including G Suite for Nonprofits, until July 1st. Learn more here.

Medallia is offering Medallia Crowdicity free for 6 months for 501c3 (or international equivalent) nonprofits. This includes out-of-the box templates so nonprofits can crowdsource actionable ideas from their community on how to engage volunteers, virtualize fundraisers, support your new remote workforce, and more. New Relic
New Relic is offering 90 days of free access to New Relic One to any new customer organization – nonprofits and beyond – engaged in COVID-19 relief efforts with a specific public benefit, subject to our standard terms of service. Sign up here.

Oracle NetSuite
Oracle NetSuite offers its software donation to all eligible nonprofits to better support them with their backend operations.
PagerDuty
PagerDuty offers 20 free licenses to PagerDuty Team for new and current healthcare customers to support COVID-19 response (6-month term) and 6 new licenses to PagerDuty Starter for any new customer. Salesforce.org
Through Health Cloud, Salesforce is offering free access for qualified emergency response teams, call centers and care management teams for health systems affected by coronavirus. To help teams collaborate while employees are away from the office, Quip Starter will be available for free to any Salesforce customer or non-profit organization through September 30, 2020.
Slack
Nonprofit organizations are eligible to receive three months of Slack’s Standard plan or Plus plan for their workspace free of charge. Send an email to covid@slack.com to apply.

Atlassian is providing 12 months free subscription to Trello Business Class for all educators (K-12+).

Current customers of Xfinity video now have access to 2,000 hours of educational programming and thousands of free titles to give children and parents quick and easy access to educational content by grade level (K-12).

Salesforce.org has created a publicly-available Trailmix on Trailhead with tips on how to work from home and maintain personal well-being. Tableau has developed a free data resource hub to help organizations see and understand coronavirus data in near real-time, using case data compiled by Johns Hopkins University as well as data from the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Splunk
Splunk has developed an interactive dashboard to build a better understanding of the data behind the pandemic, Splunk for Good made it publicly accessible so that everyone can collaborate with their own data and visualizations.

GRANT FUNDINGBox
Box is donating $350,000 to the SVCF COVID-19 Response Funds, GIVE2SF Fund, International Rescue Committee and PATH. Additionally, Box will be matching employee donations (up to $25,000) to local organizations where we have offices, as well as to a global campaign for NetHope.

Comcast NBCUniversal is offering grant support & in kind media support to organizations & partners across the country. More details coming soon.
DocuSign
DocuSign is donating $50,000 to the SVCF COVID-19 Response Fund and will be double-matching employee donations to local organizations where we have offices and to several organizations working globally to address the crisis.
New Relic
New Relic’s COVID-19 funding is being channeled through a $100,000 employee matching program - where employees are able to provide matched donations to any eligible nonprofit in their community who has been impacted by COVID-19.
Okta
Okta for Good has committed $500,000 in grants and matching funds to COVID-19 rapid response efforts.
PagerDuty
PagerDuty has made rapid response grants, committing $200,000 in unrestricted funding to support local, national and global organizations at the forefront of COVID-19 response. These build on our core investments in Time-Critical Global Health and Equitable and Healthy Local Communities.
Salesforce.org
Salesforce has announced a $1 million donation for UCSF, $500,000 to CDC Emergency Response Fund. Also donating 5 million masks and other PPE to hospitals.
Slack
Slack is donating $1 million to organizations responding to the COVID-19 crisis, including $400,000 USD to the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, $100,000 USD to Crisis Text Line, and $500,000 USD in matched employee donations towards a selection of organizations working to support COVID-19 relief.
Twilio.org
Twilio granted $1.5 million for response efforts in March, and will announce a second open call grant round for COVID-19 response and recovery this spring. Sign up for notifications here.

New Relic
New Relic is offering virtual volunteering opportunities to our employees to support their communities. Additionally, New Relic employees will be (pro bono) offering their skill and time to new customers in our COVID-19 relief program through the New Relic Explorers Hub.
Slack
Slack is offering 1-1 consultations to share best practices on working remotely and answer any questions about Slack.
Oracle NetSuite
We are extending out pro bono offering by making it as an open enrollment to better serve the nonprofits in the forefront of the virus and will host weekly pro bono office hours. Learn more here.
