Job Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of assignments focused on providing technical support to clients across Domains and Practice Groups.
• Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff on assignments.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of work within MSC’s established approaches and frameworks.
• Continue building knowledge and expertise in MSC’s core client delivery areas.

Business Execution

• Participate in assignment setup and debriefing meetings.
• Lead small and straightforward assignments under supervision.
• Execute assignments with diligence, attention to detail, and a strong focus on quality.
• Support report writing and data analysis processes.
• Establish connections with junior client staff to gather assignment-related information and data.
• Assist in reviewing training courses, research papers, curricula, and technical assistance delivered to clients.
• Contribute to developing MSC’s tool kits and publications.
• Actively engage in marketing activities, including participating in digital media dialogues such as blogs and discussion forums.

Professional Development

• Conduct feedback assessments and quality checks with team members post-assignment execution in line with MSC’s quality control guidelines.
• Assist in the development of other staff by offering guidance and advice where appropriate.
• Take ownership of personal growth by acquiring skills and knowledge that add value to MSC.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, Development Evaluation, Statistics, MBA, or an equivalent field (Master’s preferred).
• Master’s degree in the above fields is highly desirable.

Other Requirements:

• Expertise in managing all aspects of the research process.
• Skilled in selecting appropriate methodologies for research.
• Proficient in overseeing data collection processes.
• Capable of ensuring rigorous data quality checks.
• Experienced in conducting in-depth data analyses using advanced methods.
