Job Description

• Lead the delivery of technical assistance to clients, ensuring high-quality outputs and strict adherence to timelines.
• Support business development initiatives focused on gender and climate change across India, South and Southeast Asia, and Africa.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Contribute to organizational development by actively supporting the team, promoting organizational culture, and upholding values and reputation.
• Develop and publish knowledge resources by identifying critical issues, lessons learned, and best practices from programs and projects across diverse clients and geographies.
• Demonstrate openness and readiness to travel extensively, with over 50% of time spent on on-site assignments.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• A Master’s degree or higher in Gender Studies, Climate Change, Environmental Sciences, International Development, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience in integrating gender considerations into climate change projects and policies.

Other Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of global climate change frameworks, such as UNFCCC, Paris Agreement, and SDGs.
• In-depth understanding of gender-focused action plans and their integration into climate initiatives.
