Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Associate Manager for the CSR and Employee Volunteering Program. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing employee volunteering initiatives for various corporates. The candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to create meaningful and impactful volunteering opportunities that align with our corporate social responsibility goals.

The Role and Responsibilities:

CSR Strategy and Implementation:

  • Assist in the development and execution of the company’s CSR strategy.
  • Coordinate and implement CSR projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR activities.

Employee Volunteer Programs:

  • Design and manage employee volunteer programs to engage employees in meaningful community service.
  • Organize volunteer events and activities, ensuring maximum participation and impact.
  • Track and report on volunteer hours and program outcomes.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with non-profit organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align CSR efforts with business objectives.
  • Serve as a point of contact for CSR-related inquiries.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Develop communication materials to promote CSR initiatives internally and externally.
  • Prepare reports on CSR and EVP activities, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize social media and other platforms to raise awareness of the company’s CSR efforts.

Budget Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and management of the CSR budget.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources for CSR activities.

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelors/ Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration) or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in program management, corporate social responsibility, nonprofit engagement, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven project management abilities, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive insights to improve program outcomes.
  • Proficiency in using productivity tools and platforms.
  • Passion for social responsibility and community engagement.
