About National Health Systems Resource Centre

National Health Systems Resource Centre (NHSRC) has been set up under the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM) of Government of India to serve as an apex body for technical assistance. Established in 2006, the National Health Systems Resource Centre's mandate is to assist in policy and strategy development in the provision and mobilization of technical assistance to the states and in capacity building for the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) at the centre and in the states. The goal of this institution is to improve health outcomes by facilitating governance reform, health systems innovations and improved information sharing among all stake holders at the national, state, district and sub-district levels through specific capacity development and convergence models.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance enterprise applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices, and integrate with internal and external systems for seamless data exchange.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms, including Single Sign-On (SSO), OAuth 2.0, and JWT, as per project requirements.
• Design and optimize database interactions using JPA/Hibernate with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following coding standards, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
• Conduct unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, and other testing frameworks, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, and provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders.
• Monitor application performance, troubleshoot software defects, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks, and implement appropriate fixes.
• Ensure compliance with Government IT policies, security standards, data protection guidelines, and software development best practices.
• Manage source code using Git/GitHub/GitLab, support CI/CD pipelines, perform code reviews, and contribute to deployment and release management activities.

Qualification & Experience

Essential Qualification

• B.E./ B. Tech./ MCA/ M.E./ M. Tech from a recognized university or institution Experience – 6 years or more.

Desirable

• Experience in Govt. IT Projects / Govt. Health IT Projects

Age Limit

• Up to 50 Years (as on the date of receiving the application) As per HR Policy

Remuneration Range

• Between Rs. 1,00,000/- to Rs. 1,25,000/- per month (As per Policy)
