Job Description
The Outreach Coordinator will identify and manage outreach opportunities at venues like corporate complexes, malls, residential Apartments by creating platform which supports the Individual Fundraising team to engage with employees, visitors, and residents to achieve fundraising targets.
They will also assist with recruitment efforts, training and conceptualizing outreach strategies for fundraising programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible to generate leads and secure event spaces to conduct the Fundraising events.
- Support recruitment efforts to onboard suitable fundraisers for the team.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of ChildFund’s programs, campaigns, and causes to convincingly communicate with potential supporters about the organization’s work.
- Support in recruiting long-term supporters for ChildFund India by promoting prescribed products and engaging with individuals in public and business venues to meet acquisition targets.
- Facilitate the orientation of new team members and provide ongoing training in consultation with the supervisor.
- Ensure that supporters' details are accurately filled in the prescribed formats and incorporated into the daily/weekly reports.
- Act as an ambassador for ChildFund India by representing the organization responsibly.
- Maintain the required level of confidentiality regarding information related to ChildFund India and its supporters.
- Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager.
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Graduate with at least two years’ experience in Face-to-Face fundraising.
Experience in lead generation would be an advantage.
