Project Duration: 11 Months
Scope of Work:
The Executive Trainee shall provide the following services:
End to End recruitment Process (Monitoring and Non-Monitoring Staff).
- Searching and Headhunting: Identify prospective candidates through various sources methods to match job-specific skills and qualifications.
- Screening of resumes: Review and analyze profiles from applications and other sources to identify candidates who match the position requirements.
- Shortlisting: share qualified candidates with hiring manager. If necessary, provide additional candidates if the initial shortlist does not meet expectations.
- Interview Scheduling: coordinating with panel members and candidates to set up interview times.
- Coordinating with the Panel: Manage panel member availability, gather interview feedback, and schedule subsequent interview rounds for selected candidates.
- Hiring of Selected Candidates: Based on panel recommendations, initiate the hiring process and negotiate offer with selected candidate.
Background verification Process:
- Initiate Background verification of new joiner and communicate regularly with the background verification (BGV) vendor to provide necessary candidate information and documentation. Keep a detailed and updated database of all background verification activities, including status updates and completed reports.
Workday (Documentation):
- Uploading of employee’s (New Joiner) documents on Workday (HRMS).
Workday (Recruitment):
- Create and manage job requisitions on Workday, ensuring all job details and requirements are accurately entered.
- Any other job assigned by the supervisor other than mentioned above.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree with around 1 year of professional experience in end-to-end recruitment process and HR documentation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills.

Duration of Employment: - 1st March 2025 till 28th February 2026.
