Job Description

We are looking for passionate and experienced professionals in finance who can drive operational excellence, strengthen organisational capabilities and contribute to our mission of improving the lives of the vulnerable.

Key functions in Finance Roles

• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure accurate accounting and controllership, audit readiness, and adherence to financial regulations.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to support leadership decision-making.
• Build and improve financial systems and processes for enhanced efficiency and transparency.

Education Qualifications/Required Skills & Experience

• A degree in Finance - CA/ ICWA.
• 12+ years of experience in leadership roles in organizations of repute.
• Proven track record in strategic planning, compliance, and team management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
