Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Providing over the phone counseling to the beneficiaries of the health helpline.
  • The ability to relate to, and interact with, people from diverse psychological, social and cultural backgrounds.
  • Understanding Beneficiary Requirements and adhering to operational protocols with 100 % accuracy. Ability to apply knowledge of psychopathology in identifying the mental health condition of an individual and providing intervention accordingly
  • Data Capturing, beneficiaries’ details with 100 % accuracy.
  • Ability to apply essential counseling skills and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to conduct mental health crisis intervention
  • Adherence to Attendance & Punctuality at rate of 100%
  • Must secure > 90 % in periodic test of Soft Skills,

Experience required

  • Master of Social Work (MSW) with similar experience.
  • Local candidates will be given preference.

Essential Skills:

  • Exposure and knowledge on Mental Health related topics and counseling.
  • Working knowledge of computers
  • Flexibility of working in shifts
