Job Description
Documentation & Records
- Manage project accounts data and ensure proper record keeping.
- Maintain records of Consultants, Freelancers and 3rd party engagement.
- Maintain records of Rent agreements and create a schedule of payment/reminder system as per agreement terms.
- Maintain records of all agreements of the landscape and create a schedule of payment as per agreement terms.
- Maintain records of fixed asset items procured for Secretariat and landscapes. Coordinate with landscape members and ensure that the asset register is updated
Software & Applications
- Create and manage POs in D365.
- Update / Create entries in D365 to manage expenses.
- Create Finance MIS reports for the Landscape leads / TL with various parameters
Coordination with Landscape
- Coordinate with landscape finance representatives for bill settlement.
- Coordinate with division finance team for timely payment and related data sharing
Bill Processing & Vendor Management
- Prepare, examine and analyse Accounting records and financial statements.
- Develop, implement, modify, and document a record-keeping and accounting system.
- Make sure that all of the financial and accounting procedures (cash books, logbooks, and so on) are kept in good condition at every level.
- File documents on a regular basis and maintain an orderly filing system.
- Booking of project expenditure in financial software [D365]
Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience
- Post Graduate, preferably
- 3-5 Years of relevant experience of accounts management, project finance data handling experience is required.
- Excellent knowledge of computer application software including advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with standard reporting / BI applications.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of multiple regional languages preferred.
- Knowledge of FC fund management / NGO Accounting is a bonus
