Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following: 

• Identifying resource pull and institution & Tech based Application Process
• Tech Based Application process
• Partnership Building with Institutions
• Research and Product development around gender and women related agenda
• Ensuring Recruitment of KF
• Ensuring Induction Boot-camp
• Customized learning curriculum as per the need
• Developing and implementing Assessment and celebrate
• Design LAP to integrate Social/Program impact
• Ensuring Service delivery by improving functional skills
• Ensuring Development of market viable skills in Health or Education Sector
• Partnership with local health/Education institution
• Partnership with NGOs or Organization in Social Sector
• Collaboration with other COE
• Govt Partnership
• Performance Management of Team
• Project Management
• Product Development

Qualification & Experience:

• PhD or Master in Gender Studies
• 5 to 7 years’ experience in the field of gender or women empowerment
