Digital Bharat Collaborative (DBC), a part of Piramal Foundation, supports the government to transform the public healthcare system by building a robust digital delivery platform that ensures availability and accessibility of quality healthcare for all. Through this, we seek to enhance experiences of citizens in accessing government health services at the last mile.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

• Plan and execute the product deployment across targeted regions.
• Ensure that all aspects of program deployment align with project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate with local health departments, NGOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth program rollouts.
• Interacting with field teams and end users to understand the requirements
• Plan and strategies the Deployment/Implementation plan
• Ensure Mobile application and Web application deployment along with field support team
• Coordinate in Developing and delivering training programs for healthcare workers and program staff.
• Build capacity within local teams to ensure sustainability of health interventions.
• Coordinate with Product team in helping to understand the requirements and challenges from field
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to program staff and stakeholders.
• Engage with government officials, healthcare providers, and community leaders to promote program objectives.
• Ensure Deployment of application at all facilities as per the project need

• Collect and analyse data to evaluate the effectiveness of deployed programs.
• Contribute in User Design interfaces to improve user experience
• Gather feedback from communities to inform program improvements.

Experience required:

• Over 4-5 Year working Experience in Public Health Space
• Experience in Management of public health programs or projects, Implementation and Deployment and Research & evaluation.
• Experience in Coordinating with different stakeholders in Govt for Health Programs

• In depth knowledge of public health programs, research, infrastructure, and current issues and best practices

Essential Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate with Minimum Five plus Years of Experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Implementation manager in Public Health space
• Collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, including government agencies, healthcare providers, community organizations, and the public, to ensure effective delivery of public health services and interventions.
• In-depth knowledge of different programs at National and State Level
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude
• Ability to perform in a team environment.
• Strong Knowledge of all the applications used by state and by NHM
