Job Description/Responsibilities

• Design and Production: Develop visual assets for web, social media, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and print materials.
• Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across departments to conceptualise and execute design deliverables.
• Brand Adherence: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
• Project Management: Juggle multiple projects effectively while meeting tight deadlines with a quick turnaround time.
• Feedback and Revisions: Incorporate team feedback into refined and polished designs.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with global design trends, tools, and technologies to innovate and evolve continuously.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

 Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong, interesting portfolio demonstrating a wide range of work.
• Language Proficiency: Strong command of both English and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with additional familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and Canva.
• Design Thinking: Ability to approach briefs with out-of-the-box thinking and a cause-driven design perspective.
• Multimedia Comfort: Comfortable working across formats—from social media creative to detailed reports.
• Turnaround & Work Hours: High turnaround efficiency and openness to working late hours when needed.
• Organisational Fit: Comfortable working in a matrix organisation and navigating multiple priorities and reporting lines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics and video editing.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and email marketing tools.
