CSRBOX is India’s leading social impact platform working with a wide range of CSR and philanthropic organizations. NGOBOX India is our tech-driven ecosystem platform offering scalable, measurable, and impactful solutions to social sector organizations including recruitment, training and communication support services. One of the major roadblocks in development sector is to hire right talent within optimized timelines and then retaining the same. On the other side the development sector professionals are not able to get right job/organization fit matching their skills and expectations. ImpactBox is a solution to such roadblocks, where we are working with development eco-system through our high-end digital and tech solutions to bridge the gaps.
What we are looking for?
We are hiring Manager – Growth and Partnerships, based in Ahmedabad and Delhi, to lead client acquisition, ecosystem outreach, and user engagement for our digital platforms. This role combines strategic partnerships, user onboarding, and product-driven business development to scale our impact footprint across India.

You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding ImpactBox’s reach—by building strong partnerships with CSR leaders, foundations, nonprofits, and ecosystem enablers. Whether it’s onboarding a Fortune 500 CSR team, curating a knowledge alliance, or co-designing a digital campaign—you’ll be the connector that powers collaboration and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Partnerships
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities with CSR teams, foundations, and ecosystem networks.
- Pitch ImpactBox platforms and offerings to potential clients and collaborators.
- Lead proposals, pricing discussions, MoUs, and onboarding conversations with partners.
Client Engagement & Retention
- Manage relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
- Coordinate internal teams (content, tech, analytics) to fulfil client needs.
- Track performance of client accounts and generate periodic impact reports.
Platform Growth & Outreach
- Curate and lead campaigns to drive platform visibility, registrations, and usage across stakeholders.
- Host workshops, round tables, training programs in different cities to facilitate discussions b/w ecosystem players.
- Attend and represent ImpactBox in events, webinars, conferences, and sector forums.
- Foster alliances with sector influencers, incubators, and CSR consultants.
Strategy, Analytics & Insights
- Monitor engagement data and trends to optimize outreach and user journeys.
- Contribute to the product roadmap by bringing client feedback and market insights.
- Prepare dashboards, pitch decks, and review presentations for internal and external use.
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Development Studies, Public Policy, or related field.
- Minimum 4- 5 years of experience in CSR consulting, partnerships, ecosystem development, or B2B SaaS/social-tech sales.
- Proven track record in business development, client servicing, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Workspace, digital outreach tools, and reporting dashboards.
