Job Description

We’re looking for a trailblazer to lead our flagship digital initiatives and Self Learning programs. This isn’t your typical program manager role. This is for someone who wants to be part educator, part innovator, and full-time changemaker.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the Charge: Oversee the design, rollout, and growth of programs across country.
• Be the Bridge: Collaborate with regional teams, instructors, and academic leads to deliver high-impact learning experiences.
• Empower Educators: Plan and conduct energizing workshops and trainings to upskill instructors.
• Think Like a Scientist: Track program data, spot what’s working, what’s not, and iterate for greater learning outcomes.
• Build Knowledge, Share Stories: Capture best practices and success stories — and make sure they’re heard.
• Budget Like a Pro: Plan, propose, and manage budgets with sharp eyes and smart strategies.
• Be the Voice: Make our work visible — from social media shoutouts to impactful reports.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• A degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a field where logic meets imagination.
• Fluent in English and Hindi — words matter, especially when you're inspiring the next generation.
• High level of confidence — to train others, solve problems, and get hands-on.
• 4+ years of experience in STEM education, program management, or a similarly meaningful hustle.
• Willing to travel and engage with communities — real impact happens on the ground.
• A natural problem solver, planner, and people leader.
• A burning passion for hands-on learning and reimagining education for every child.

Salary

Compensation: ₹3–5 lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate's competence.
