Education: Graduate with Master’s in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent.

Experience: 2–3 years in project management within the NGO/CSR space.

Location: Aurangabad, Maharashtra

Joining: Immediate

Organization: Samvedna Development Society (SDS)

Salary Range: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

As a Project Coordinator at Samvedna Development Society, you will lead the on-ground implementation of development projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure effective execution aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management

• Lead the on-ground implementation of development projects from the state office.
• Ensure timely execution of plans and deliverables with high quality.
• Coordinate with field teams, stakeholders, and CSR partners for effective implementation.

CSR Coordination

• Facilitate partner field visits and maintain timely communication and documentation.

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare narrative reports, case studies, success stories, and quarterly/annual updates.
• Maintain updated documentation, dashboards, and MIS.

Budgeting & Finance Oversight

• Assist in budgeting, monitor expenditures, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with the accounts team for fund utilization and compliance.

Administrative Support

• Provide operational support including vendor sourcing and local coordination.
• Maintain internal trackers, records, and administrative documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Technical Skills: MS Office proficiency, budgeting knowledge, CSR compliance understanding.
• Languages: Fluency in Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English.
• Soft Skills: Team leadership, coordination, grassroots experience, and effective communication.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
