Job Description

The R&D Lead role is a client-facing as well as innovation role aimed at understanding the grass-root challenges, learning from research, and designing innovative solutions for stakeholders. This role is most suited for those exploring opportunities in doing primary and/or secondary research and in leading program design. 

Job Responsibilities

• Proactively build evidence for partners by supporting with program design 
• Design pilot-ready solutions for problems, challenges, and needs identified through research
• Develop and implement research projects, assessments, and evaluations in collaboration with partners and institutions
• Develop internal workflows and best practices
• Support with building the capacity of the team to do research and design evidence-informed solutions
• Close collaboration with clients, external technical and research partners

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Must have more than 3 years of experience in leading design efforts
• Must be able to develop and facilitate workshops and capacity-building programs
• Must have the willingness to learn in uncertain situations. Strong planning and time management skills.
• Must have a good command of English (Read and Write).
